- 1 pound shrimp (shelled, deveined, and cut into uniform sized pieces)
- 1 Lemon Juiced
- 3 Limes Juiced
- 1 Orage Juiced
- 1 Roma Tomato (Cleaned of seeds and Finely Diced)
- 4” of English Cucumber (Peeled, cleaned of seeds, and finely diced)
- 1 large jalapeno (seeded and finely diced)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine everything into a single bowl and let sit in a fridge for as long as it takes to “cook” the shrimp. Serve either with plantain or corn tortilla chips.
