Chicken & Rice – Isaacson

  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can of cream of celery soup
  • 1 can milk
  • 1 soup can full of rice
  • 8 – 10 pieces of chicken w/ bone
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  1. In a large pot, combine all three fluids into a single mixture and heat on low until well combined, then add the rice to the fluid and cook for approximately 5 minutes.  Then pour mixture into a 9″ x 13″ greased baking dish, then arrange the chicken pieces on top.  Sprinkle the onion soup mix over top and then bake for 2 hours at 325.  Let stand and cool for 10 minutes before serving.
