Leifsa – Isaacson

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
  • 1/2 cup light cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup flour
  1. Mix all ingredients into a stiff dough and make balls the size of an ice cream scoop.  Roll out as thin as possible on a well floured surface.  To cook use a hot griddle and get a good brown on both sides.
